The Peak District Millstone In Derbyshire Mug

Featuring the traditional boundary millstones that mark the  main roads for the Peak District National Park.  The millstones of the Peak District are flat, round, stone ‘wheels’, often with a hole in the centre. The average Peak District millstone is around 1.8m in diameter and weighs a whopping 2.4 tonnes

Lisa Swift is a local artist from just north of Chesterfield.  A couple of years ago she was introduced to drawing digitally on an iPad.  Although she continues to love pencil drawing and painting, drawing digitally has also become one of her favourite mediums. Derbyshire with the Peak District are on her doorstep and a wonderful source of inspiration.  She loves drawing landscapes, buildings and wildlife. Lisa hopes to build her collection of landscapes and beautiful buildings whilst visiting places such as Yorkshire, Kent and her favourite location in the UK, Devon.
