We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

Orders via standard delivery are posted with Royal Mail and are estimated to take up to 10 working days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and can be extended during busy period such as Christmas.

Standard delivery prices are based on the size of the items in your basket:

£1.50 – Standard Delivery for cards and smaller items. This service is for orders containing cards and smaller items which can be sent as a large letter, such as some jewellery, A4 prints and most stationery.

£4.00 – Standard Delivery for parcel sized items.

Faster Delivery

Orders via our faster delivery are posted with Royal Mail and are estimated to take up to 6 working days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and can be extended during busy period such as Christmas.

Faster delivery prices are based on the size of the items in your basket:

£2.00 – Faster Delivery for cards and smaller items. This service is for orders containing cards and smaller items which can be sent as a large letter, such as some jewellery, A4 prints and most stationery.

£5.00 – Faster Delivery for parcel sized items.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and that during busy times of the year such as December and around gifting occasions (e.g. Mother’s Day) some orders may experience short delays with Royal Mail due to the number of parcels they are processing. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we do appreciate your patience.

Collection

We offer a click and collect service from our shop in Chesterfield. Our opening hours are 10am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, 10am till 5pm on Saturday and orders can be collected during these hours. Just let us know when you arrive that you are collecting an order and provide the name of the person who placed the order as well as the order number.

Unfortunately we are only able to ship within the UK at this time.
